imho/afaik: pokud je sw distribuovan napr. na CD, potom je licenci
vyzadovano aby bylo mozno zdrojove kody ziskat na CD (pokud uz na tom
distribucnim CD nejsou). pokud je sw distribuovan pouze na internetu, potom
staci zdrojove kody distribuovat tez pouze na internetu.
