Rychly Ali problem

Já bude řešit něco podobného u WHISH. Přišla jenom jedna část a druhá nikoliv. (Kleště + dutinky)
Na obálce „dutinky“ je váha která odpovídá obsahu. Aby to nebylo snadné, tak pošťák to nechal
U sousedky, která to navíc rozbalila. Když se jí nezdálo, že jsou to nehty tak se koukla na adresáta.
Dušuje se, že kleště neviděla. V ten den jsem kouknul na tracking a vypadalo to, že se druhá část bude
teprve doručovat. Doposud nic nepřišlo a dnes tam svítí, že je doručeno.

Tak si držme palce

Hezky den vsem,
objednal jsem u Cinana 2 polozky, prisla v obalce jen jedna. Kdyz jsem dal dotaz prodejci, nechapal a ptal se "co vlastne chci". Tak jsem potvrdil prijeti jen te jedne polozky. A zkusil jsem spustit dispute. No a system mi po volbe refund napsal, ze podle nasich zaznamu je balicek v CR tak at pockam. A zadne tlacitko...
Tak zkusim jeste pockat do 15. kvetna, kdy konci lhuta a pak uvidim. No moc tomu nedavam, nemam dukaz, ze prisla jen jedna polozka.
Neresil jste nekdo neco podobneho?
