Fazove rizeni bude delat zbytecnej bordel v siti, krom toho zapojeni s
D mustkem neni pro vetsi vykony zrovna idealni.
Pokud bych to resil ja, vzal bych libovolnej vhodnej triak, optotriak
se spinanim v nule (MOC306x) a libovolnej astabilni multivibrator.
Eventualne pouzil treba zapojeni z AN982 od motoroly.
