OT Predpiatocne energeticke zamyslenie

Taky stavím nízkoenergetický dům - betonové tvárnice a polystyrén. Vyjde to 
opravdu levněji než poroterm a mnohem líp to izoluje. Na balkónky, věžičky a 
blbostičky nejsou peníze a stejně se mi to nelíbí. Protože tam byla dřív 
bažina, voda je ve 130 cm a jsme na výborně propustném písku, budu topit TČ 
voda-voda s topným faktorem cca 5. V té ulici každý staví z porotermu, každý 
má kombinaci elektrokotel (pro získání levného tarifu) a krb kde topí. Mají 
mě tam tak trochu za podivína - a já je taky :-))

Naopak, NED moze (zdoraznujem: moze) byt lacnejsi ako "klasika", ak sa pod 
klasikou mysli balkonik sem, vikierik tam,  velke okna na sever, male na 
juh, orientacia domu voci svetovym stranam nas nezaujima.
V  takom pripade je NED naozaj len draha intelektualna kratochvila.
