Naopak, NED moze (zdoraznujem: moze) byt lacnejsi ako "klasika", ak sa pod klasikou mysli balkonik sem, vikierik tam,  velke okna na sever, male na juh, orientacia domu voci svetovym stranam nas nezaujima.
V  takom pripade je NED naozaj len draha intelektualna kratochvila.
