Tiez som si to myslel. Az kym som si nezistil podrobnosti.
Regulator reguloval (hovorime o rozvodoch) a ti  nemali dovod na investicie, pretoze regulacie boli prilis ludove (nieco ako lobing naopak). Vysledok mohol byt len taky, aky bol. 
Nieco ako: mozte vyrabat pocitace ale musia stat len 90 Euro. Tazko predpokladat, ze v takej krajine bude nejaky vyrobca pocitacov :-).
