pouzivam IDF a nemam problem pouzvam poslednu(teda posledny pull pred 
par dnami/tyzdnami :) ) stable versiu  -> (351) cpu_start: 
ESP-IDF:          v4.1-rc-15-gbd72a9ab2

podla vsetkeho make file nema includnuty chybajuci adresar skuste si v 
make vypisat ci je includnuty, hlavne pri kompilacii protocomm_ble.h.
