Sbernice na domaci automatizaci: RS-485 nebo Ethernet?

Nejaky DC/DC menic za stovku treba na 12V + stepdown na 3,3V?
Ja bych to ale stejne neresil a ke kazdemu zarizeni dal normalne adapter 
ze site...
