LF33 - prekmit napajeni?

Je to docela sranda:

NCP1117:
"A minimum capacitance value of 4.7 F with an
equivalent series resistance (ESR) that is within the limits of
0.25  to 2.2  is required."

NX1117 - ESR neřeší

IFX1117 - The IFX 1117 requires a 10 µF output capacitor with ESR ≤ 20 Ω 
for the stability of the
regulation loop.

ZLDO1117 - A minimum of 4.7µF capacitor (0.05Ω ≤ ESR ≤ 0.5Ω)

AP1117 - A minimum of 10uF capacitor (0.15Ω ≤ ESR ≤ 20Ω)

CM1117 - The minimum value is 22uF but may be increase without limit.
