je vytvorena pre "technickeho inziniera" co znamena kvalifikaciu na 
urovni naseho bakalara. Nasa verzia inziniera je uz "prekvalifikovana" 
na tento post. To ale neznamena ze si uspesny kandidat nemoze pocas 
prace dokoncit inziniersky titul.
Pozicia je otvorena na dobu 4-5 rokov ak si dobre pamatam.

Functions
As a member of the FB section you will participate in the development, 
test and commissioning of RF feedback and beam control systems for the 
upgrade of the SPS RF and damping systems and for the new HIE ISOLDE 
post accelerator. You will also participate in the operation of existing 
facilities.

This will involve:
- Designing mixed analogue and digital electronic modules, operating in 
the range 100 to 400 MHz.
- Writing VHDL code for FPGAs employed in these modules.
- Specifying the control requirements of the modules in collaboration 
with software specialists and machine physicists.
- Assist in the deployment of new beam control and feedback systems.
- Testing prototype electronics, coordinating series production, 
producing and managing the associated documentation.
- Developing specialised electronics for testing of equipment prototypes 
and participating in such tests.
- Identifying defaults, repairing and modifying electronic modules.
- Helping to provide support for FB systems in operational accelerators 
within the framework of a stand-by service and assisting in machine 
performance and development studies.

Qualification required
- Technical Engineer Diploma or equivalent qualification in the field of 
electronics.

The experience required for this post is:
- Designing analog and digital electronics, including FPGA programming
- Constructing and testing prototypes
- Laboratory testing and hands-on use of instrumentation.
- Experience in RF measurements and results analysis would be an advantage.

The technical competencies required for this post are:
- Analog circuit design, modelling and simulation.
- Design of high frequency electronics
- Digital circuit design, modelling and simulation.
- Design of electronics for digital/analog control systems and loops.

The language competencies required for this post are:
- Spoken and written English or French: ability to draw up technical 
texts in one of the two languages, as well as ability to understand and 
speak the other language in professional contexts.
