Kde sehnat tranzistor 2SJ598 nebo jeho nahradu?

Zdravim,

 

V LCD monitoru HP1955 mi shorel tranzistor 2SJ598 (MOS FET pro napajeni
podsviceni). U nasich prodejcu GME a GES jsem jej nenašel. Prosim poradte
kde jej sehnat nebo cim dostupnym jej nahradit.
