normalne to zodpoveda bakalarovi, ale maju priradovacie tabulky pre 
kazdu clensku krajinu, aka uroven diplomu zodpoveda technical engineer a 
aka university engineer. Vo vacsine pripadov tam ale oddelenie ludskych 
zdrojov uchadzacom s inzinierskym diplomom ani nepusti co je velmi zle. 
Bohuzial s tym nemozeme nic urobit.

Poziadavky su tam napisane:

The experience required for this post is:
Designing analog and digital electronics, including FPGA programming
Constructing and testing prototypes
Laboratory testing and hands-on use of instrumentation.
Experience in RF measurements and results analysis would be an advantage.

The technical competencies required for this post are:
Analog circuit design, modelling and simulation.
Design of high frequency electronics
Digital circuit design, modelling and simulation.
Design of electronics for digital/analog control systems and loops.

Napriklad u svajciarov to zodpoveda bakalarovi a mame par kolegov ktori 
naozaj nie su inzinieri a toto vsetko s prehladom splnaju.
Myslim ze od nas by s tym mala problem vacsina inzinierov.
