Sklokeramicka varna deska, novy sporak, IN?

Jak jednou zkusite (nebo manzelka) indukci, tak uz nechcete nic jiného. Mam to z cerstve osobní zkusenosti. Je to ciste, bezpecne a presne davkovatelne. Pochopitelne plyn vyjde asi laciněji, ale není to uz takovy rozdil, protože na indukci muzete velmi presne regulovat prikon. Napr. u plynu nejde dat "mensi" plamen nez ztlumeny a i při tomto stavu probiha většinou bouřlivý var, na indukci se da poklicka a po privedeni do varu ztlumi na 1-2 stupeň, voda vari, ale nekypi a teplo je presne a pouze tam kde ma byt. To nadobi nepředstavuje zase takovy problem. Pokud kupujete nove, tak prakticky veškeré sady jsou dnes vhodne na indukci. A cenove to přes i-shopy není tak zle.
