USB Cable Parameters :

   Sec. 7.1.16 of the USB 1.1 spec requires the one way cable delay to be less than 26ns. It is possible for
some poorly engineered cables to meet this requirement by shortening the cable. This could adversely
affect signal quality at USB 2.0 speeds. This is a clarification.
The cable delay must be less than 5.2 ns/m.
