Podle mě to "charging" a "discharging" je myšleno naopak.<br>
Tedy pokud je napětí v mezích, tak jsou oba tranzistory otevřené.<br>
Pokud hrozí přebití, tak ten "charging" se zavře. A jeho
substrátová dioda je orientovaná tak, že ani přes ni nic neprojde.<br>
A podobně ten druhý v případě podpětí.<br>

dobrá, já si myslel že to vždycky půjde jen přes jeden
z těch FETů a přes parazitní diodu (= úbytek 0,5V) toho
druhého. Proč jsou tam ale dva do série a navíc jeden se
zove „charging“ a druhý „discharging“? Ten ochranný obvod
si je obejde protože má baterii připojenou napřímo ale ten
nabíjecí je vždy bude mít v cestě… Viz výřez ze schématu
obvodu 8254A.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
