Kdysi jsme se snažili smazat klasickou EPROM rentgenem. Kamarád
dělal na ČKD na defektoskopii, a rentgenovali tam "peckou".
Zkoušeli jsme to postupně, nejdřív půl hodiny, a potom už celé
dny. Když už tam byla ta eprom s odlitkama týden v kuse, a nehnul
se ani bit, tak jsme to vzdali :-(<br>

jsem tehdy na vývoji RTG techniky. Kolegové říkali, že to
smazat nejde. Možná už proto, že rentgenka byla určená
k pulznímu provozu. Na delší pulz neměla energii ani
chlazení. Energii brala z baterie kondenzátorů, chladila se
rotující wolframovou? katodou?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
