další bižuterie. Vše kvalita, žádný fake. </div>

potřebuju na 250V a větší proudy, malý odpor... používám
IRFB4332 v TO220 (250V, 30mOhm, 60A). Na D2PAK jsem se ani
nedíval, konstrukce chladiče mi to neumožňuje. I kdyby bylo
něco do 50 mOhm, bylo by to pro mě použitelné.<br>

Ktere konkretne? Minuly tyden jsem u tme kupoval v D2PAK a
byl docela vyber, aspon v N-kovych. clovek si ale nemuze moc
vybirat a brat jen z toho, co je zrovna skladem.<br>
