Nechtěně jsem experimentálně ověřil, že s tuky v mikrovlnce to je
určitě zajímavé. Máslo v hrnku, rozpouštěné na knedlíky. Normálně
se rozteklo. Nic nenasvědčovalo problému. Při otvírání dvířek se
trochu zatřáslo. V ten moment vybuchlo. Hrnek jen lehce vymaštěný
a máslem vymalovaná mikrovlnka. Že by podobný princip jako u
vajíčka?<br>

O pokusech s vajíčkem v mikrovlnce (ideálně, když exploduje až po otevření dvířek) se mluvilo už za mých školních let. Ale pouze teoreticky. Nikdo neměl odvahu to doma zkusit. Konečně se našel někdo, kdo to ověřil v praxi. :-)

Teď mi přítelkyně řekla, že ohřála uvařené vejce bez skořápky v
mikrovlnce, vyndala ho, píchla do něj vidličkou a vejce bouchlo. Takže
to není jen tlak páry na skořápku, jak jsem si myslel. Ta superpřehřátá
kapalina je zajímavé vysvětlení. Asi jako když podchlazená voda
nezmrzne, dokud nedostane nějaký mechanický impulz. Voda je v tomhle
velice zajímavá.
