Tak som do toho DS pozrel a ano, je to obvod s tranzistorom a
diodou, dve diody boli na ochranu proti prepolovaniu. Ja som
pouzival to, tak som si to zapamatal... Ale nemyslim, ze je to o moc
zlozitejsie, ta logika/program na vypinanie v takom zariadeni uz aj
tak vacsinou je, len to treba prepojit :)<br>

S jednou dvema diodami ? Je tam zapojeni s tranzistorem kterym
muzete odpojit obvodu GND , ale pak musite jeste vyvinout obvod
ktery bude

tenhle stav detekovat (chybejici U na IN) a odpojovat tomu GND
vstup.

Zajimavy obvod pro FET diodu. Ale v DS pisou ze :

Taky mam rozdelany MPPT a resil jsem jak nahradit tu
vystupni diodu a pouzil jsem

LM5050 + NFET ubytek cca 40mV a FET neni potreba chladit.

Jinak to mam resene stejne, podrobnejsi mereni se jeste
neuskutecnilo...:-(
