Toroids made of high permeability magnetic materials are required in
order to measure the beam charge using an inductive coupling to the
beam. As usually the
dimensions of these toroids are outside of the
scope of the commercially available magnetic cores, their fabrication is
dedicated to small companies specialized
in the amorphous alloys processing. Number of those companies in the
world is very limited and thus there is an interest to develop
independent procedures of
magnetic alloys processing, which would
permit to construct the toroids of requested electrical and mechanical
properties in-house. The proposed project is composed
of following independent work packages: development of suitable
procedures to create a toroids of desired dimensions, research and
development in the domain of suitable materials composites in order to
minimize eddy currents and losses, research and development in the
domain of alloys thermal treatment (annealing) in order to obtain a
Co-based nanocrytalline toroid of desired shape of the B-H curve,
development of toroid housing and suitable winding techniques to extend
the beam current transformer bandwidth to a gigahertz range.
------------------------------------

Zajemce by mohl nastoupit nekdy ve tretim nebo ctvrtem kvartalu tohoto roku.....

Pokud mate nekdo zajem, ozvete se soukrome a poslete CV.
