<div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.compel.ru/pdf/SMK/796.pdf"></a>Podle vasich rad, volim pouzdro SKMD kde jsou dve diody zapojene paralelne (spojene katody). Tim podle Fig.11L na druhe strane dostanu ztratu na jedne diode cca 45W (pocitam 50W). Dale postupuju nasledovne.. Z vedlejsiho obrazku Fig.11R urcim tepelny odpor. Pocitam s teplotou okoli 40 stupnu (jelikoz to bude ve skrini kde muze byt max. 50 stupnu). Tento tepelny odpor odectu pro 40 stupnu a 50W ztratu na jednu diodu na cca 1,7K/W.</div>

problem navrhnout do jednoho zapojeni vykonovou diodu diodu.</p>
