<P>souhlas s Danhardem, musite zvysit budici napeti na alespon 14V, nebo pouzit P tranzistory, nebo pouzit "logik level" N tranzistory (IRLZ44NS) a 12V. Problem muze byt taky v tzv. pricnem proudu pres vetev mustku. Po vypnuti jedne dvojice T nelze druhou zapnout hned ale musite trochu pockat, IMHO tak 0.2-0.5us. Blokovani napajeni budicu je samozrejmosti. </P>

<P><SPAN class=RVTS8>Pokud sepnu T1+T4, pockam (treba 1s), odpojim T1+T4, sepnu T3+T2,pockam. Pokud to necham takto spinat v nekonecne smycce, po kratke dobe spolehlive jeden z T1 nebo T3 odejde.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN class=RVTS8> zapojil jsem si H-mustek pro ovladani bldc motoru (na univerzalni desce). Tedy 3 vetve po 2 tranzistorech (N-mosfet). "Silove"-spinane napeti je 9V, tranzistory otviram 10V na gate, o buzeni se staraji budice TC4421. Horni tranzistory jsou ovladany pwm, dolni mohou byt jen sepnuty nebo rozepnuty.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN class=RVTS8> Pokud ridici program sepne prislusnou dvojici Ta nic vic nedela, vse funguje v poradku - je mozne merit max. proud kolem 10A, s mnenici se stridou PWM proud prislusne klesa (T se zacnou zahrivat,ale to bude normalni). OVSEM v okamziku, kdy zacnu periodicky prepinat mezi dvemi dvojicemi tranzistoru, okamzite se jeden z tranzistoru zahreje a "shori". Pripada mi, jako by se T rozkmitaly.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN class=RVTS8> Chci se tedy zeptat, v cem muze byt problem? Zda je to bezna chyba z duvodu, ze jsem neco opomel (nejake "specialni" blokovaci kondenzatory, nejake netypicke programove rizerni, nejaka konstrukcni zalezitost........)? Jak to zapojit/ridit aby to chodilo:))?</SPAN></P>
