pokud jde o mereni sama sebe, ujistuju Vas, ze odchylka diastolickeho (toho
dolniho) tlaku, ktery ucitite v manzete proti tomu, ktery namerite s fonendoskopem
(samozrejme pokud to umite) muze byt 20 i vic torru! V tom je prave nekdy
ten problem elektronickych tonometru, ktere ten puls berou z manzety a ne
poslechem primo nad tepnou. Precizni, co se pouzivaji na odd. ARO asi stoji

toho, kdo chce si merit tlak sam je urcite nejlepsi ten elektronicky, ale
nejaky alespon trochu provereny. Z psychologickeho hlediska ale není pro
kazdeho tonometr domu vhodny, nekoho to muze dost znervoznovat. Ale to uz je
