> Prekonal jsem svoji lenost a prekopiroval skutecne zadani:

Zdravim,
  tak to je tedy zadani na baterky :-).
  V prvni casti je: "...ensures, that Vs does not rise above 2V...", cili 2V
presne jsou jeste povoleny (negovane >, coz je <=)
  V druhe casti je: "... and less than 2V in the bottom diagram.", cili 2V
presne jsou jiz zakazany (jednoduchy operator <).
  Takove zadani bych jim hodil na hlavu.
