Instalacia AVRStudia

Dobry den!

Pre ozivenie noveho Dragona som stiahol od Atmelu subor aStudio4b589.exe (vraj je to verzia 4.14)
No instalacia sa po chvili zastavi s chybovou hlaskou:

Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Co mu to chyba ? Viete poradit ako mu pomoct ?

System Win2000 SP4.
