Nie su to jazyky ale postup, myslenie, metoda.
Prvotny je algoritmus, riesenie a to sa nasledne implementuje do jazyka.
T.j. algoritmus sa prvotne "nepremysla" v nejakom konkretnom jazyku ale
az nasledne sa implementuje na co najlepsiu zhodu medzi algoritmom a
jeho konkretnou realizaciou v nejakom jazyku.

Programovanie je narabanie s bitmi ako aj so strukturami s velkostou GB
t.j. programator musi psychicky zvladnut rozsah cca 1: 10^12 co sa tyka
dat ako aj procedur. V porovnani s tym je kazda matematicka teoria v
podstate plocha.
